Terms & Safety Guidelines

1. Age Eligibility

Orders must be placed by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Adult supervision is strictly required during the handling and lighting of fireworks.

2. Safety & Lighting Guidelines

• Always burst fireworks in open outdoor spaces away from dry grass, buildings, or flammable materials.
• Never ignite crackers while holding them in hand unless specified (e.g., sparklers).
• Keep a bucket of water or sand nearby for emergency extinguishing.
• Store fireworks in a cool, dry place away from heat sources and electrical outlets.

3. Order Fulfillment & Delivery

Due to safety regulations, firework shipments are transported via authorized parcel services to designated regional pickup hubs or home delivery where permissible.

4. Cancellations & Returns

Given the combustible nature of firework products, returns are not accepted once goods are dispatched, except in cases of transit damage or wrong item delivery.
